Age Verification: Taya369 uses strict identity verification processes. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 years of age will be immediately closed and all associated funds forfeited in accordance with applicable law.

Section 3

Account Registration

To access betting services on Taya369, you must create a personal account. You may only hold one account per household, device, IP address, and payment method. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

Accurate Information

You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration and to keep your account details updated at all times. Taya369 may request supporting documents — including a government-issued ID, proof of address, or proof of payment method — to verify the information you have provided. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account restriction.

Account Security

Taya369 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. Any activity on your account — including bets placed and withdrawals initiated — is your sole responsibility.

Section 4

Deposits and Withdrawals

Taya369 supports the following Philippine-local payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay/PESONet bank transfers, BDO/BPI/UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. All transactions are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP, ₱).

Deposits

Minimum deposit amount: ₱100 (subject to individual payment method minimums).
Deposits are generally credited to your Taya369 account in real time.
Taya369 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
You may only deposit funds that you legally own. Taya369 will not accept deposits from a payment method not registered in your name unless expressly authorized through the verification process.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit, subject to availability.
Standard withdrawal processing: within 24 hours. VIP members may receive expedited processing based on their tier.
Withdrawals require completed identity verification (KYC) before processing. This is a one-time requirement per account.

The following general terms apply to all promotions unless the individual offer states otherwise:

Promotions are available to one account per player, household, device, and IP address. Attempts to claim a promotion multiple times using different accounts constitutes abuse and will result in account action.
All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before the equivalent funds become withdrawable. The specific wagering multiplier (typically 10x–15x) is stated in each individual promotion's terms.
Bonus credits expire after the period stated in the specific promotion — typically between 7 and 30 days from the date credited.

Taya369 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or extend any promotion at any time without prior notice.
In the event of suspected promotional abuse — including coordinated betting, arbitrage, or the use of automated tools — Taya369 reserves the right to void bets, confiscate winnings, and close accounts.

Section 6

Betting Rules

All bets placed on Taya369 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or market. The following general betting rules apply across all products on the platform:

General Rules

A bet is only valid once it has been accepted and confirmed by the Taya369 system. Verbal or implied acceptance does not constitute a binding bet.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and may vary by game type, event, and player account status.
Taya369 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event affected by errors in odds compilation, data feed failure, or market manipulation.
Live bets are subject to the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation. In-play odds fluctuate continuously, and Taya369 is not responsible for technical delays in displaying live odds.
All results are determined by the outcome of the relevant sporting event, official game, or Taya369's internal RNG system as applicable.

Sabong

Sabong betting on Taya369 follows the official rules of the sanctioned event being broadcast. In cases where a match is declared a draw, cancelled, or interrupted, bets will be settled in accordance with Taya369's Sabong-specific settlement rules published separately in the Help section.

Virtual Sports

Virtual Sports results on Taya369 are generated by a certified random number generator (RNG). Results are independent of previous outcomes, real-world events, or any external factor. Bets on Virtual Sports are final once confirmed.

Section 7

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Taya369 and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and potential legal action:

Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or exploit platform features.
Collusion with other players, match-fixing, or any form of sports corruption relating to events available on Taya369.
Exploiting technical errors, software vulnerabilities, or incorrectly posted odds for financial gain.
Creating multiple accounts for any purpose, including to claim duplicate bonuses.
Depositing funds from third-party payment accounts not registered in your verified name.

Threatening, harassing, or abusing Taya369 staff or other players through any communication channel.
Providing false identity information during registration or verification.

Where Taya369 identifies conduct that may constitute a criminal offense, we reserve the right — and in some cases have an obligation — to report such activity to the relevant Philippine authorities.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Taya369 platform — including but not limited to the website design, logo, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of Taya369 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, display, or otherwise exploit any Taya369 content without prior written permission. The Taya369 name, logo, and associated brand elements may not be used in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without explicit written consent.

Privacy and Data Protection

Responsible Gaming

Account Suspension and Closure

Taya369 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — the following circumstances:

Fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or failure to complete KYC verification.
Suspected money laundering, match-fixing, or other illegal conduct.
Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy applies).

Discovery that the account holder is below 18 years of age.

On account closure, any verified real-money balance (net of pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method after any outstanding verification requirements are satisfied and any applicable investigation is completed.
